All the DIA tools seem able to predict your peptide ion mobility values now, but what if you want to use something else?
And for a change of topic, sorta --
Ion mobility (1/k0, etc.,) values for 22 different PTMs (ProteomeTools!)
Total game changer, in my mind and I didn't know it was preprinted. I was bumming around on ProteomeXchange and found the data was open and was ultra pumped about it.Super cool stuff that -- now that we have the experimental data to learn from it - shouldn't take smart people long to integrate it into all the things!
