Exhaustive comparison of DIA analysis tools under different conditions!

 

I'll admit the abstract graphic drew me in on this one, because I didn't get what on earth it meant.

It meant they did this -- 6 different datasets, 12 different spectral libraries, 5 of the DIA proteomics tools everyone is using and assessing the tools across 34 different critera. 

OMG. I'm so glad no one made me do it. I am glad that I can use it as a reference though!
