There are lots of ways out there (finally!) to analyze your proteomics data and they just keep getting better (and easier!). EinProt is a really nice new example, that you can read about here.
I reallly like the variety of plots that are available and that they can be both static or dynamically provide you with info. Reproducibility comes from output that can be loaded directly into the ISEE interface (picture above).
Bonus that the name reminds me of an awesome of 90s video game!
