A practical guide to visualizing proteomics data!

This was proofed and released just in time for our (growing) little informal proteomics group meeting in our department. Now I can pretend I was waiting for the full release rather than I forgot to send it out after the meeting.

I don't know that this will be the most popular with all the PIs in our department who have sometimes stated opinions that proteomics just makes pretty pictures and new nomenclature and not much else, but if you don't know where to get started on the pretty pictures -- this is the guide!

  1. Wow, thank you very much for spreading this here, Ben!
We hope this will make communication in your group easier if everybody is on the same page for the proteomics data visualization. If you have any issues with the code or would like to share own snippets for simple visualizations, we would love to get your feedback/input on https://github.com/MannLabs/ProteomicsVisualization :)
