TopDownApp - Visualize that top-down proteomics data!

 

I can't evaluate this one, but you know what I can evaluate? Top down proteomics is computationally very very very hard and that translates to SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW

What would help us get to the next step might be scalable and satisfactory (a word used a lot in the manuscript) pipelines that could go onto HPCs and other high end computational thingies.

Maybe that's what TopDownApp is!
