Benchmarking single-cell preservation strategies!

Need to get some single cells from people? Or send them somewhere? Should you sort and freeze them? Or sort and put some fixatives in them. This is bound to be a controversial topic so I think it is important to see different data from multiple groups. 

Ultimately - I think it is just going to be absolutely essential we understand the artifacts caused by both and make sure that for one study we do everything the exact same way, but the results from this new study (about 140 cells) add more information to the discussion.
