The Cancer Proteome Atlas appears to have leveled up. If you're doing cancer network stuff and tired of Ingenuity giving you 1e-3243453453445793593593535935 p-values for MAPK.
(...i...get...it...it ....is ....always...a...MAPK... WAIT....your ...genetics based and you can't tell the phosphorylation sites apart? They all do different things! What am I even using you for again?) don't forget that the
TCPA is here! Of course it is linked to the TCGA, but the P stands for Protein-pCentric (the second p is silent).
