Gonna do a rapid LC-MS/MS evaluation of human blood? Couple of ways you could go about it -- you could dilute and shoot (hence the loosely associated pug cowboy....) or you could spin that stuff through molecule weight cutoff filter to ditch the stuff you don't want.
