Reactome Pathway Analysis

Open sourceware gene ontology software with networking capabilities!   Reactome is a curated service for those of us out there who are a little too poor to swing the annual subscription fees for pathway analysis of our transcriptional/translational data.  While it is obviously a whole lot more limited than the pay for services, it is a great addition to the other open sourceware tools we have -- namely KEGG and Panther.  It looks like new pathways are being added all the time, but between the three of them, you can probably get a good idea what that upregulation of your genes is actually doing.
The uploader is definitely geared toward microarray data, with Affymetrix probe IDs automatically recognized.  While it may take proteomic data, it obviously will require some additional steps to get the data ready.
