INKA -- Find phosphokinases in global phosphoproteomics data!
WOW! Disclaimer...I haven't tried this yet. But if it is what it looks like it is?!? This could be a game changer.
It is in pre-print at BiorXiV here and if you're doing or thinking of doing global phosphoproteomics you might want to check it out. It appears to be an R package (part of the reason I haven't checked it out this morning, possibly a large part...)
Global phosphoproteomics data is something like -- here is 20,000 phosphopeptides -- now what the heck do we do? INKA looks like it takes over from there!
