Ummm....so...Texas has apparently has something called Housing Pirates, and there is a warning on the ASMS San Antonio page about them.
Not to point a finger at Texas or nuthin', maybe everywhere has them, but the first thing to pop up when I jokingly typed "Housing Pirates" into Google was a warning about them in Dallas, where I grabbed that cool image above.
Sneaky pirates...
