Skyline 3.1!!! WooooHoooo!!!

Brendan just announced the Skyline 3.1 is out and its got a slew of cool new features!  Get downloading!  Important note, though, is that 3.1 won't work with Windows XP.  So its finally time to get a new PC if you are still on XP!
