...on the backburner of things that I wanted to verify I could talk about at ASMS....
The poster is up on the MSFragger website. The direct GitHub for the nodes (and installation instructions) is here. They appear to be compatible with PD 2.2 and PD 2.3.
I haven't tried these crazy new Proteome Discoverer super powers, but the excited grad student who texted me about the nodes has them up and running and assured me the absurd performance increases displayed on the poster are reproducible.
I'll add them to the "where to get free PD nodes" box over there -----> when I get a spare minute or two.
